Who operates this website

OneRow Elite is a specialist real estate division operated by Onerow Advisors Private Limited, a Startup India registered company.

What you may send us

You only send us information when you choose to contact us or request something. Depending on the form you use, that may include:

your name
your phone number
your email address, when you choose to provide one
the enquiry or message you write
the property or page your enquiry relates to
the guide, brochure or other document you asked for

Why we use it

to reply to your enquiry
to send you a document you asked for
to contact you about that enquiry or request

How it is handled

Enquiries are recorded in a private content dataset, separate from the public website content, which cannot be read without credentials.
A notification is emailed to our own business mailbox so that an advisor sees the enquiry.
If you provided an email address, a confirmation is emailed to that address.

What this website does not do

It contains no analytics, visitor-tracking or advertising scripts.
It does not take payments.
It does not sell or rent the information you send us.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send us only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above — to answer your enquiry, to send you a document you asked for, and to keep a record of that contact. We may keep it for longer where we need to in order to meet a legal or regulatory obligation, to resolve a dispute, to protect the security of our systems, or to maintain ordinary business records. When it is no longer needed for any of those reasons, it is deleted or anonymised. We have not set a single fixed period, because how long a record is reasonably needed depends on what the enquiry was about.

Your choices and rights

Where India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it apply to information you have sent us, you have the following rights, subject to the conditions and exceptions set out in that law:

to ask what personal data of yours we hold, and how we have used it
to ask us to correct or complete information that is inaccurate or incomplete
to ask us to erase information we no longer need
to withdraw a consent you have given us, at any time — withdrawing it does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it
to nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to
to have a grievance about how we have handled your information heard and answered

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to confirm who you are before we act, so that we do not disclose or change someone else’s information.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the data protection authority designated under applicable Indian law.
