Land and Joint Ventures

Land buying and builder partnerships in Jaipur. Raw land carries risks that finished property does not — unclear ownership, limits on how it can be used, access. We help you find them before you commit. We do not remove those risks, and we never promise a return.

Three Models of Growth

Whether you own family land and want to make it productive, or you are looking for land in an area that is growing, we help you structure the deal.

For Landowners

A joint venture (JV) is an agreement where you keep your land and a developer builds on it. In return you take an agreed share of the revenue, or an agreed amount of the finished space. We introduce you to established developers and help you negotiate those terms. We make no promise about what a project will earn.

For Long-Term Investors

Buying land to hold for the long term. We look for plots on the edges of Jaipur where the city is expanding, such as Ajmer Road and Ring Road. We coordinate the ownership check your advocate carries out, and we work with buyers holding for five to ten years.

For Developers

We act as your land-buying team on the ground. We look at local revenue records and the ownership history as reported, list what your advocate needs to check, and negotiate directly with farmers and long-standing owners.

Our Standard for Land

Selling a luxury apartment is straightforward. Raw land is not. Land deals in India carry a high risk of litigation, encroachment and zoning disputes, and those are matters for a qualified advocate — we tell you what needs one.

We do not list plots at random. Before we present any land or JV opportunity, we check it ourselves:

  • 13-Year Title Search: Ensuring chain of ownership is unbroken.
  • Revenue Record Verification: Cross-checking local Jamabandi records.
  • Zoning & Land Use: Confirming JDA (Jaipur Development Authority) master plan compliance.

Discuss a Deal

If you own land in Jaipur, or you are a developer looking for a site, we should talk.
