Are you brokers or advisors?

We act as both, but strictly separate the engagement. When we source property for you, we act as a broker. When you bring a property to us for evaluation, we act as an independent advisor.

Do you charge the buyer or the builder?

In a standard brokerage transaction, we are remunerated by the builder. In an independent evaluation or NRI management mandate, we charge the buyer a fixed fee. This is always disclosed upfront.

Can you help me sell my property?

Yes. We take on select seller mandates, providing pricing strategy and qualifying buyers to ensure a clean exit.
